I am the founder of Wide Wings Consultancy DMCC in Dubai and Vice President of Walton Global, an American investment company with over 45 years of experience. Within the firm, I am responsible for business development across the CIS, the Middle East, and Turkey among Russian-speaking investors. My work focuses on building partnerships with private and institutional investors, including family offices and funds. Walton Global manages over $4.7 billion in assets and works with more than 90,000 investors worldwide.
From 2018 to 2023, I served as Vice President for the EB-5 program at the investment company LCP Group in New York. I oversaw international operations and the development of partnerships with investors from India, China, the CIS, and the Middle East. During these years, I gained deep expertise in investment strategies, deal structuring, and business immigration matters.
My investment journey began in the late 1990s with work in European consulting and projects in Central Asia. Since 2008, I have specialized in the EB-5 program, and since 2016, I have led my own company, supporting investors in the U.S. based on transparency, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
My expertise is focused on working with private and institutional investors considering investments in U.S. real estate or participation in immigration investment programs. I help them make well-informed decisions by taking into account risks, legal nuances, and actual market feasibility. My assessments are independent, and my approach is structured and analytical.
At the core lies over 15 years of hands-on experience in international investments, dozens of completed projects, and a deep understanding of the mechanisms behind the numbers and promises.
