Denis Karasyov

I was born in Central Asia, got a degree in Economics at Tashkent State University, and began my career in an international consulting company, supporting investment projects in the region. Since 2008, I have focused on the EB-5 program and became one of the leading experts in U.S. business immigration, working with investors from India, China, the Gulf countries, and the CIS.

From 2018 to 2023, I served as Vice President for EB-5 at the investment company LCP Group (New York), where I oversaw international investments in U.S. commercial real estate. Since 2024, I have been Vice President of Walton Global, one of the largest private operators in the U.S. land investment market, managing $4.7 billion in assets and a network of more than 90,000 investors worldwide.

Today, I am responsible for developing Walton’s business across the CIS, Turkey, and Russian-speaking countries of the Middle East. My work is focused on creating transparent, reliable, and profitable investment solutions tailored to both private and institutional investors.

My Interests

Beyond my professional activities, it is important for me to maintain balance between intellectual work and physical activity. Since my youth, I have been passionate about archaeology. I have always been drawn to a deeper understanding of the past, the logic of civilizations, and their inevitable imprint on the present. This interest grew into something more: participation in field expeditions, reading specialized literature, and searching for parallels between historical processes and today’s economic models.

For me, wilderness hikes in the mountains remain both a refuge and a source of strength. They offer discipline, silence, honesty, the raw power of nature, and mental clarity. In such conditions, all the unnecessary falls away, leaving only you, your choices, and your endurance. This is not just a hobby — it is a way to cleanse perception, build resilience, and regain focus.

I also take sports seriously. Strength, endurance, and self-control are not abstract values for me but daily practices. I believe the body is not just a shell but an instrument for achieving goals, and with age, this instrument demands greater respect and a more systematic approach.

Walton Global | Vice President for CIS and Russian-speaking MENA Markets

2025 – Present

Since 2025, I have served as Vice President at Walton Global — one of the largest private investment companies in the United States, with over $4.7 billion in assets under management. I am responsible for business development across the CIS, Turkey, and the Russian-speaking markets of the Middle East. My role involves building a partner network among private investors, institutional clients, and investment companies, offering unique products based on real U.S. assets with fixed returns, capital protection, and full transparency. Walton represents more than 90,000 investors worldwide, and I am proud to be part of such a reliable and global team.

LCP Group Russia | Director of Development / Vice President for EB-5

2018–2023

From 2018, I represented the interests of the U.S. investment company The LCP Group in the CIS and MENA markets within the EB-5 program. As Vice President for EB-5, I was responsible for presenting commercial projects, organizing events, and working with banks, consultants, and clients across the region. During this time, I raised more than USD 75 million in investments into U.S. commercial real estate, building strong relationships with leading private investors, family offices, and consultants.

Pangaea Investment Company LLC | Founder, CEO, Managing Director

2012–2018

In 2012, I founded my own investment company — Pangaea Investment Company, focused on projects in the United States as well as supporting foreign investors in business immigration programs, including EB-5. Over the years, the company completed more than 40 projects, advised hundreds of investors, and became a reliable bridge between private capital from the CIS and the real U.S. economy. My approach has always been based on transparency, legal integrity, structural reliability, and personalized support at every stage.

SD Global LLC | Managing Director

2012–2016

In 2012, I took the role of Managing Director at SD Global, where I focused on international deals and facilitating investment flows from the CIS into the U.S. and Middle East. I established key partnerships in Dubai, London, and New York, and structured projects in real estate and industrial logistics, which deepened my expertise in cross-border capital management.

Privet Investment Company | Director of Investor Relations

2008–2012

In parallel, I managed investor relations at Privet Investment Company, overseeing transactions, project presentations, and personalized work with major private clients. I developed an investor support system that included regular reporting, legal due diligence, and a tailored approach — elements that later became a hallmark of all my subsequent projects.

SBC Company | Director of Business Development

2007–2012

In 2007, I entered the investment consulting field, heading business development at SBC Company. My role focused on creating new markets, building strategic partnerships, and promoting investment solutions across the CIS. During this period, I significantly expanded the company’s client base and launched several B2B initiatives in the oil & gas and infrastructure sectors.

Publishing Initiatives in Central Asia

2001–2007

My professional path began with a mission — to make knowledge accessible. In the early 2000s, I founded and led publishing projects in Central Asia. Over these years, dozens of travel guides, albums, and books on the region’s culture, history, and architecture were published. The culmination was the launch of EPOHA, a popular science magazine that brought together leading researchers, writers, and photographers. This stage shaped my strategic thinking, attention to detail, and passion for large-scale, meaningful projects.
