01 / risks
The complexity of the program goes beyond paperwork. You need to evaluate immigration, financial, and project risks at the same time.
The market is flooded with projects and regional centers. Without independent analysis, it is difficult to know whom to trust with your capital.
Inaccuracies and weak proof of source of funds can delay the process or lead to denial.
You need a U.S. immigration attorney with extensive EB-5 experience and knowledge of the document workflow nuances specific to your country.
Projects and regional centers present their strengths while downplaying or omitting weaknesses, including existing lawsuits and cases. An investor needs an objective view of the market, the project, and the financial structure.

02 / format of work
My role is to provide expert guidance, identify risks, prepare documents, and build a step-by-step EB-5 plan. I coordinate the investor, attorney, regional center, and project team throughout the process.
I compare the market and select projects with a clear financial model, a strong team, and a realistic exit strategy.
I review existing proposals and documents, identify hidden risks, and explain the terms in simple language.
I help you choose an experienced attorney and prepare your documents, including source of funds documentation.
I coordinate the work between you, the attorneys, and the regional center — from the initial consultation to receiving your green card and the return of investment funds.
03 / expertise
Served as Vice President of EB-5 at LCP Group in New York and managed investor relations in the CIS and Middle East at the U.S. investment firm Walton Global.
Raised over $100 million in capital from private investors in the CIS and Middle East across more than 45 U.S. real estate projects.
Worked with more than 500 private U.S. real estate and EB-5 program investors.
Past results do not guarantee petition approval, visa issuance, or investment return. Decisions are made by USCIS and other authorized agencies.

04 / opportunities
The EB-5 program may provide permanent resident status in the United States to eligible investors and qualifying family members.

It is difficult for international students to enter prestigious U.S. universities due to strict quotas, high tuition costs, and enrollment limits. A green card can remove many of these barriers, including access to in-state tuition rates where applicable, as well as student loans and scholarships subject to their terms.
The EB-5 program allows the investor, spouse, and unmarried children under 21 to be included in one immigration case, subject to the program rules and individual eligibility.
Participation in an EB-5 project generally does not tie the investor's place of residence, work, or study to the state where the project is located.
Permanent resident status may create a path to naturalization after the required period, provided that all applicable USCIS requirements are met.
Participation in EB-5 does not require an English-language exam, a specific level of education, or prior corporate management experience. The invested capital must have a lawful and documented source.
05 / process
Each stage has its own objective, responsible party, and document package. Timelines vary depending on the specific case.

1–2 weeks
We analyze your goals, review sources of funds, select a suitable investment project, and engage an experienced immigration attorney.
1–3 months
We prepare the complete document package: evidence of the lawful source of capital, personal forms, and investment agreements.
Timeline depends on the case
After all details are reviewed, the investor transfers funds to the project and the attorney files the immigration petition with the appropriate government agencies.
After visa approval
Final processing is completed at a U.S. consulate or within the United States, after which the investor and eligible family members receive conditional permanent resident status.
According to program rules
Evidence is submitted to show that the investment remained at risk and the required jobs were created, so the conditions on permanent resident status may be removed.
According to project terms
We support the exit process from the investment project. The timing and possibility of capital repayment depend on the project's terms and performance.
06 / FAQ
These answers provide a general understanding of the program. Legal and investment decisions should be made only after reviewing your circumstances and the project documents.
The minimum investment amount is $800,000 for a project in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) or an infrastructure project. For all other projects, the standard threshold is $1,050,000.
Under EB-5 rules, capital must be at risk, so repayment cannot be guaranteed. Independent review of the project, financial model, collateral structure, developer, and exit terms can help identify and mitigate risks.

No. Participation in an EB-5 project generally does not tie the investor's place of residence, work, or study to the state where the project is located.
The transaction structure, collateral quality, experience of the developer and regional center, sufficiency of job creation, exit strategy, and alignment with your priorities.
These can include business income and salary, dividends, sale of real estate or securities, inheritance, bank loans, and properly documented gifts. The specific structure should be confirmed with an immigration attorney.
Repayment depends on the performance and terms of the specific project and cannot be guaranteed. Before investing, it is important to review the exit model, collateral, debt load, and sale or refinancing scenarios.
Timelines depend on the project category, the applicant's country of birth, visa availability, the method of status processing, and the current USCIS workload. A realistic estimate can be formed after reviewing your situation, but no universal timeline can be guaranteed.
